Had a decent stay in a spacious Superior Apartment. Good WiFi and a mini kitchen with necessary supplies made life easier. Just wish the noise from the street and cleaning crew didn't wake me up so early!

Our room like in the pictures was well furnished and big. It was nice to find a microwave oven and utensils. The hotel had magnificent and incredible location right by a shopping mall and the old city, all attractions, bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants, and Also next to the pedestrian area.

The location close to the center was fine. Also nice that there was a lift. Luxury that the room was cleaned every day.
Our apartment at the front had a lot of noise from cars and young people hanging out. The roller blinds were very difficult to operate. At a certain moment, the same maintenance man had to come.

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with a wake-up call on my first stay. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting. I'm coming back for a business trip.

The apartments are very well situated in the old town of Wroclaw. The apartment is nice, clean and you feel like if you are in your home.
The electronic devices (tv, dvd) should be improved

The staff were attentive lot of time. It had central location close to Wroclaw Market Hall. Further, it was just next door to the beautiful market square, communal areas and two supermarkets.

Location was excellent for city trip.
Departure time was too early - 11am on day of departure. We had an apartment for 4 adults and were under the impression we would have two bedrooms but had one bedroom and two camp beds in lounge. This should have been made clear at outset.

We booked 4 apartments, 2 were stunning, and perfect.
Unfortunately we were split up and two apartments were in an other building, "the wrong side of the tracks" an older property, the opposite side of the river. Difficult to get out of the venue, there was a very large road and tram lines. Very difficult with pram. Opposite was an all night MacDonald’S. Very disappointing. No air con. Very hot. Would recommend the better ones but not the older ones.

The bed was very small and uncomfortable, only two towels supplied, and bed linen was very small, hardly fitting bed and only two very small pillows. Kitchen was poorly equipped. Blind in bedroom broken and many lights not working.

Clean and good quality of apartments and appliances within them
We booked a superior apartment for three people and they gave us a studio with a sofa bed and a duvet big enough for a single person. Once they knew of their mistake, we weren't given appropriate accommodation but was given a tiny single sofa like bed, less than 170cm in length, and we had to make do for the night. Staff looked uninterested. Numerous calls and discussions over the phone for a slight refund, but at the end of the day we were still charged full price for the studio apartment.

Spacious apartment near the Old Town, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The decor is modern, with a well-equipped kitchen that has everything for simple meals. Cleanliness is excellent. Noise from garbage trucks early in the morning can disturb light sleepers. The kitchen lacked some essential items for everyday cooking, such as a pasta pot. A bit more attention to the kitchen supplies would enhance the experience further.

It is slightly diffecult to find on ones own, however once you arrive you go to an office on an upper floor of an apartment/ office building. The young woman who registered us was delightful, the apartment clean and spacious. A lift is available as well as air conditioning, very quiet location with pleasant views. You are a close walk to the city square, great cafes, shopping and beautiful churches. Definately a great place to stay!
Wish the registration desk had been a little easier to locate.
